Clean and well presented store, run by the friendliest of ladies. The pictures and clock I purchased were in clean condition and everything is very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again!

I am appalled the hear that when I referred a lady to volunteer at your shop. The Manager told them that taking her on would cost Vinnies money.I have never heard of a charity shop turning away A person that is wanting to volunteer FREECost Vinnies Money ? Since whenMaybe a cup of tea and a biscuit each week.

It was alright there very clean, friendly staff although there were so many staff that it became over crowed by them. Would have liked to see a little bit more sizing diversity in an ideal world but I understand that's not always viable.

Unfortunately, the staff at this store are the rudest I have come across and I frequent charity stores all over Perth. I understand being a volunteer probably isn't very rewarding, but the passive aggressive remarks aren't necessary. I have come here on more than 5 occasions and the staff would follow me around the store as if I was shop lifting. Ridiculous.

Not the friendliest staff that’s for sure. I am moving interstate and wanted to donate but the person there started to assume what I was planning to bring and recited a list of things they don’t accept , before I even had a chance to speak. My clothes are all bought in Europe but probably not good enough for them … The shop is packed so it’s hard to browse anyway …I donated to other charities who can display better and sell better . If I am to donate high quality items Vinnies Wangara is my first choice…

I am very sad that I have to leave this review because I genuinely love this op shop and am, or was, a regular here. There is one staff member in particular, (I kick myself for not looking at her name tag) who is honestly just outright rude. On one occasion I visited with my younger sister, and she proceeded to grill me on why we weren’t in school. I am an 18 year old adult who has graduated from school, and my sister is homeschooled, but even then, it is none of her business and the way she was looking at us as if we were doing something wrong was incredibly offensive. Just today, I visited again, and looked up to see her literally GLARING at me. Following my every move with her head and quite frankly just staring me down while I was trying to shop like every other customer in there. It made me incredibly uncomfortable, and I don’t think that any CUSTOMER in a shop should have to experience that treatment. It was to the point that I quite literally had to ask her if she was okay because she was glaring at me that intensely, and she proceeded to demand to know how many items I had and lecture me on how I can only take 5 into the try-on room. That, I completely understand and simply being asked and informed would have been enough, but instead she made of point of making sure I knew she didn’t want me there and treating me as if I had done something wrong when I hadn’t even gone to the change rooms yet, all I had done was looked around like everyone else. When I was done in the change rooms, she CONTINUED to stare me down as I put back the items that I did not want. When I checked out, she was very flippant and rude, again, I am not sure why I deserved this attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but If that’s the case, it is not an excuse for treating people this way. I hope she reads this and will know who she is. I said ‘godbless’ on the way out and she returned it very curtly. So, if you are reading this, and you are a woman of God, why on Earth would you feel compelled to treat another person that way? I hope it really made you feel better to judge a random stranger so harshly and actively make them feel small, I hope you got what you wanted out of that.
