Salvos Stores South Fremantle

Came in to donate huge boxes full of clothes. Staff were very rude and selective to what customers they talk to. They were completely disinterested, offering no help or even a thanks. I usually don’t write reviews but I was genuinely shocked by the outright rudeness of the staff.

I have donated ALOT of stuff to the salvo's south freo over the years...clothes, shoes, luggage, household items... BUT... No more...very rude staff who are very selective who they say hello to...staff who give you dirty looks & look down at you, overpriced items.....i will NEVER EVER DONATE again or buy from the salvos south Fremantle

Awful staff! no smile, the lady come in front of you without excusing herself almost pushing you. And what hour if Alan is behind the counter ! The worst service I ever had in a Salvos

I'm not sure what's gotten into the heads of charity stores/ opshops to be putting prices up to the extent they have given the soul purposes is supposed to be giving those less fortunate accessibility to clothes and items they might need and otherwise wouldn't have access too.It' seems they're all trying their hardest to take advantage of inflation claiming the money is going to help people in the community but it isn't and it doesn't.Having sought out services from the salvation army specifically ( as well as others) when in financial hardship and turned away, I honestly fail to see why the prices are so high and where the money is going if not to help those less fortunate within the community..wouldn't mind an inquest into this as its just pure out right greed. When you see jackets that are old work jackets with company logos priced at $50.. it's a full on disgusting disgrace. Opshops have become one in the same as corporations sadly and I wish more people could do something about it and have the light shone on this filthy behaviour given the items are donated and free for them. It's 100% profit.. but where's the profit going?

This used to be such a good store. Now their prices are catastrophic! I saw a bag of old RAGS for $6. They regularly price clothing at prices higher than retail. The shoes can easily be $25 and over. They seem to have forgotten this stuff is second hand.

It's not a big store, there's no furniture, and most things are clothes and household items. The store is well organized when compared to some others Salvos Stores.

I understand it's a small store but four times I have tried to drop off clothing but it's always the same excuse we have to much! It is quality clothing I'm trying to drop off as well, maybe reduce your prices to turn over stock quickly! Not rocket science.

the worst salvos I've ever been! if i could give zero star i would! brought a boots but want to try it first to make it sure it fits on me, the guy (old man) told me that he won't let me try it, because i can't afford the price! very rude and arrogant! humiliated me! after that i never went back to that shop ever again nor donate a stuff! worstttt experience ever!

Great prices, for okay items. It just depends what you're going in for.
