The meaning of O/Pshop is to give people that don't have the money to by clothing to buy something to give them dignityThis shop is asking $50 dollars for a pair of pants it is not a O/P shop buy it is a shop to make moneySHAME on you and all the people you have made to feel like dirt

Very disappointed...Friday 23rd October the 2 ladies volunteering in the op shop were extremely rude. Not a hello nothing when we entered the shop ( I already had a gut feeling it was going to be a not nice experience after no interaction whatsoever)I asked how much the books were and was shocked to hear the woman say they are $5 each, as I nicely asked how come they are so expensive ( as all other op shop books in W.A are under $3) I wanted 6 books...Both ladies were very rude and made me feel like I was poor and pathetic because I couldn't afford $30 for 6 old books, some from 1998.I put 4 books back and took 2 and left the rest of the items on the counter. I have never been so insulted in my life, I am well dressed and have a happy demeaner to all, but these 2 ladies were the nastiest I have ever come across. No wonder they are volunteers as no one would ever employ such people.Walked across to the Mustard Seed op shop and bought 15 books for 50 cents each. Greedy greedy greedy !!!

Well! I am so saddened by the lady’s in this shop. From the moment you walk thru the door you instantly feel like an intruder.. The lady’s in the shop today were absolutely disgusting. We wanted to buy some books. They were second hand books! In an opp shop! I had just come from the delightful “”Mustard Seed” across the road where books were all 50 cents each.. The lady said the books were $5.00 each? I am hard of hearing and politely asked her again to confirm! This time in a very abrupt manner she confronted me rudely and asked “ do you know who this is “ I had 4 books in my arms and quietly returned them to the shelf. I then picked up an old Brocken chain necklace that had $5.00 on it. I went to pay and only had a $50 note. The same lady abruptly told me she had no change. I then got my change out and had $4.85 but she absolutely refused... I will never go back... left me feeling sad...

Served by a rather grumpy lady. Made an offer of $50 on some walking shoes that had $70 on them and got a rude NO. i accepted gracefully and left. But sure not all of the ladies are grumps.
